Support
Duly is an everyday assistant. Tell it what you need in your own words, and it keeps your tasks, appointments and routines, with reminders in good time.
Get in touch
Write to [contact email] with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. Include your account's email address, never your password.
Common questions
- I can't sign in
- Check the email address for typos, and remember that passwords are case-sensitive. There's no reset link yet: if you've forgotten your password, write to us from your account's email address and we'll help you back in.
- How do I get reminders on Telegram?
- In Settings, under Notifications, choose Connect Telegram. Telegram opens the Duly bot: press Start and you're connected. Reminders then arrive there with buttons to finish, snooze or move them, and anything you send the bot is filed like what you type in the app. You can disconnect in the same place.
- How do I connect a service, like Mapbox or a weather service?
- Open Areas and add or open the area that uses one, such as Places, Weather or Travel time. Under Connection, pick a service and sign in with your account, paste a key, or choose one that needs no account. Duly uses it only when a request needs it, and you can disconnect it there.
- What does the assistant see, and can I turn it off?
- The assistant's replies are written by Claude, made by Anthropic. It's sent what a request needs, and only after you've agreed. You can take that back in Settings, under Assistant: Duly then keeps what you type as tasks.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Settings, choose Delete account and enter your password to confirm. Your encryption key is destroyed at once and everything else is removed 30 days later. This can't be undone.
- Does Duly cost anything?
- No. The assistant has a monthly allowance that renews on the 1st. If it runs out, what you type is still kept as a task.
