An everyday assistant · Early access

Say what you need. Duly does the legwork.

A good barber near home, getting up earlier, what to cook after the gym. Duly finds the options, checks the details and plans around your week. What you agree on becomes tasks and appointments, with reminders in good time.

Free during early access. No card needed. On iPhone? Join the beta.

  • No forms to fill
  • Nothing to log
  • Nothing silently disappears
  • Private by default

01Just say it

One box. Type it the way you'd say it.

Whatever you type in the box at the bottom of every page is filed at once: appointments, tasks, changes, how something's going. Each with an undo. Questions and bigger requests open a conversation instead.

  • Several things in one line, filed in one go
  • Changes too, like “the dentist moved to Thursday”
  • Without the assistant, what you type is kept as a task

02It does the legwork

Ask for something. Get back a plan you can say yes to.

The assistant searches, compares and drafts with what it knows about you. Small things that are easy to put back, it simply does. Anything that books, sends or spends comes back as a card for your yes.

  1. 1You askIn your own words, from any page.
  2. 2It searchesPlaces, weather and travel time, with what it knows about home.
  3. 3It proposesA shortlist, then one card with the details filled in.
  4. 4It keeps the storyThe appointment keeps the address, price, reviews and the conversation.

03Screens that arrange themselves

Open it, and your day is already sorted.

Not a dashboard to fill in. Today, Tasks and Agenda are composed by the assistant from what you've said, and written again only when something changes.

Today

Your day in a sentence, what's next, the few decisions that are yours and what Duly already took care of.

Tasks

Sorted the way you'd get them done: errands for one trip, calls to make, the next step of something bigger.

Agenda

Your week looked over: what to get ready, when to leave and where your loose tasks fit.

04Areas

The parts of your life it looks after. Nothing to log.

Each area keeps a short note that updates itself from what you say anywhere. Add one by describing it. The weather is included.

  • AreaRoutinesVitamins at 9, every day. Done 6 of 7 this week.
  • AreaPantryRunning low: eggs, soy sauce. A shopping task goes out on Saturday.
  • AreaGym3 of 4 sessions this week. Next on Thursday at 20:00, with a meal idea after.
  • AreaSleep & wakeThe goal is 6:30. Up at 7:05 on average; try 6:50 next week.
  • ServiceWeatherForecasts for planning the day and the commute.
  • Your own“Water the plants on Sundays.” Describe it, and it becomes an area.

05Reminders in good time

It reminds you before it matters, with buttons that do the thing.

A week, a day or a few hours ahead, in your own timezone. In the app, on your phone and in the browser, with the same buttons in each.

06Insights

Written, not charted.

Each week, a short and honest read on how it went: what got done, what slipped, the pattern behind it and one thing to try. There's nothing to log, so there's nothing to chart.

Last week · October 5 – 11

From Sunday's weekly review

You got 14 things done, most of them before noon. Wednesday was full again: three tasks moved to Thursday, and the bank call moved twice.

One thing to try

Keep Wednesday evenings free of errands, and put the calls on Monday morning.

14done
  • Renew the car insurance
  • Gym, 3 sessions of 4
  • Book the dentist

and 11 more

3slipped
  • Call the bank, moved twice
  • Return the parcel
  • Book the passport photos
2put off
  • Paint the hallway
  • Sort the holiday photos

07Your look

Make it yours. Try it on this page.

Pick a theme, or design your own with its own colors for light and dark. Whatever you choose, Duly keeps the text readable.

Or design your own: the background, panels, text, lines and accent, for light and dark, with corners and a heading font to match.

08Private by default

It sees only what a request needs.

Encrypted
Sensitive notes and conversations are encrypted.
Asked first
The assistant gets nothing until you agree, and you can take that back in Settings.
Your yes
Anything that books, sends or spends waits for you to accept it.
Yours to delete
Delete your account from Settings, and everything encrypted is unreadable at once.

The assistant's replies are written by Claude, made by Anthropic. Read the privacy policy.

09Early access

Free while it's being built. Tell us what's missing.

Duly is open to try before it's finished. Everything it does is included, it's still changing, and what you tell us decides what comes next.

Free, no card
All of Duly, with no plan to pick. The assistant has a monthly allowance that renews on the 1st.
A test version
Things may change, move or break while it's built. What you add stays yours, and you can delete it any time.
No email yet
Duly doesn't send email yet: your address won't be confirmed, and a forgotten password can't be reset by email, so choose one you'll remember.
The weather, included
Forecasts come from Google, on Duly's account: nothing to sign up for. Places nearby and travel times are on the way.
iPhone app in beta
Through TestFlight, Apple's way to try apps before they're on the App Store. Ask to join with your Apple Account email.
Say what's missing
Settings has a feedback form, and anyone can write to us from the support page. We read everything.

10Questions

Good questions.

Something else? Ask us.

Is Duly really free?

Yes, during early access, with no card. All of Duly is included, and the assistant has a monthly allowance that renews on the 1st.

What does early access mean?

Duly is open to try before it's finished: a test version that's still changing, where some things may break or move. What you add is yours, and you can delete it, or your account, at any time.

What happens when the allowance runs out?

Nothing is lost. What you type is kept as a task, your reminders keep coming, and the assistant is back on the 1st.

What does the assistant see?

Only what a request needs, and only after you've agreed. Its replies are written by Claude, made by Anthropic. You can turn it off in Settings, and Duly then keeps what you type as tasks.

Will it book or send things without asking?

No. It reads and searches freely and takes care of small things that are easy to put back, with an undo. Anything that books, sends, spends or involves other people is a card you accept, change or skip.

Where can I use it?

In the browser, on any computer or phone. The iPhone app is in beta through TestFlight: ask to join on the iPhone beta page. Android comes later. Your account, themes and notifications follow you between them.

How do I tell you what's missing or broken?

In the app, Settings has a feedback form; on iPhone you can also send a screenshot through TestFlight. Anyone can write to us from the support page. During early access we read everything, and it decides what comes next.

Can it give medical, legal or financial advice?

No. Its advice is about organizing: who to see, what to prepare and when. The app says so.

Which languages does it speak?

English for now, with every reminder in your own timezone. More languages come later.

How do I leave?

Delete your account from Settings. Everything encrypted becomes unreadable at once, and the rest is removed after 30 days.

Write it down once.

Tell Duly what's on your mind, and let it take it from there.
