Duly is in early access: a test version that's free to use and still being built. These terms say what that means for you.

Early access

Duly is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. It isn't promised to be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

While it's being built, features may change, move or be removed without notice, and Duly may be slow, interrupted or unavailable at times, for upkeep or because something broke. Early access may also end.

Your data

In a test version, data can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important, and don't make Duly the only place it's kept.

What you add stays yours. Duly keeps and uses it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.

The assistant

The assistant can misunderstand you, get facts wrong or miss things, and so can the services and calendars it reads. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Its suggestions aren't professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial or any other kind: for that, ask someone qualified. What you do with a suggestion is your decision.

Its replies are written by Claude, made by Anthropic, under Anthropic's commercial terms. Services you connect, such as your calendars, are run by others under their own terms.

Acceptable use

Use Duly for your own tasks, plans and routines, and don't:

  • harass, threaten, deceive or abuse anyone, or send spam;
  • scrape, crawl or copy Duly or what's in it by automated means;
  • create accounts automatically or in bulk, or share, sell or hand over an account;
  • attack, probe or overload the service, get around its limits or security, or try to reach anyone else's account or data;
  • use Duly for anything illegal, or to store or send illegal content or content that infringes anyone else's rights.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Duly, or older where the law where you live asks for it. Keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what's done with your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings.

Accounts used for abuse, or against these terms, may be limited, suspended or closed, with or without notice.

Usage allowance

Early access is free. The assistant has a monthly allowance for everyday use that renews on the 1st. When it runs out, what you type is still kept as a task and your reminders keep coming. The allowance may change during early access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, [Operator's legal name] isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, that comes from using Duly or not being able to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be given up.

Changes

These terms may change as Duly does, and so will the date at the top. When a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using Duly after that means you accept the new terms.
